Ambelal Hotels Group, Inc. is Hiring a Front Desk Associate Near Orangeburg, SC

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
